Accountability & Disciplinary Policy
This policy establishes a clear and fair framework for holding members accountable for violations within the Youth Nucleus Initiative, ensuring transparency, discipline, and protection of beneficiaries, members, and the initiative's reputation.
Purpose
This policy aims to:
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations.
- Promote a culture of responsibility and discipline.
- Protect the initiative, its members, and beneficiaries from harm.
- Apply fairness and transparency in handling violations.
Types of Violations
Minor Violations
- Delays in task or report submission.
- Failure to attend or coordinate activities.
- Unintentional minor misuse of initiative resources.
- Non-repeated administrative negligence.
Moderate Violations
- Failure to comply with protection or conduct policies.
- Inappropriate behavior toward beneficiaries or partners.
- Repeated negligence or concealment of important information.
- Loss or damage of initiative property due to negligence.
Serious Violations
- Intentional misuse of funds or resources.
- Harassment or violence.
- Forgery or false information.
- Exploitation of the initiative’s name.
Procedures
Investigations begin within 7 days, followed by proportional disciplinary action. Appeals may be submitted within 72 hours.
