Types of Violations

Minor Violations

• Delays in task or report submission.
• Failure to attend or coordinate activities.
• Unintentional minor misuse of initiative resources.
• Non-repeated administrative negligence.

Moderate Violations

• Failure to comply with protection or conduct policies.
• Inappropriate behavior toward beneficiaries or partners.
• Repeated negligence or concealment of important information.
• Loss or damage of initiative property due to negligence.

Serious Violations

• Intentional misuse of funds or resources.
• Harassment or violence.
• Forgery or false information.
• Exploitation of the initiative’s name.

Procedures

Investigations begin within 7 days, followed by proportional disciplinary action. Appeals may be submitted within 72 hours.
